Bethany Galguera
Bethany Galguera, CPA, is the founder and owner of Innovative Accounting. Her experience in accounting with small businesses started early, helping her parents manage their small business at just 15 years old. She later earned her accounting degree and began her professional career at age 21, later building on that early foundation to create a firm focused on more than just compliance.
Jade Casiano
Jade Casiano is a Client Manager at Innovative Accounting. She has over 10 years of experience in customer relations, office administration, and office management. Throughout her career, Jade has developed strong communication skills that allow her to effectively support and connect with our clients. As a Client Manager, she serves as a dedicated point of contact—helping clients achieve their goals, resolve their challenges, and providing them with guidance every step of the way.
Cecilia Machado
As a Senior Accountant at Innovative Accounting, Cecilia focuses on tackling complex financial discrepancies and delivering large-scale cleanups that bring clarity back to the numbers. She also enjoys preparing business tax returns and helping clients feel confident in their financial position. For Cecilia, one of the biggest benefits of working remotely is the ability to be both productive and present in her personal life.
Jen Gavin
Jen Gavin has over two decades of experience across financial services, auditing, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax. She works with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them keep their finances organized, accurate, and easy to understand. Her goal is to help clients feel confident in their numbers so they can focus on growing and running their businesses effectively. Working remotely has allowed Jen to build a career that supports both her clients and her personal values.
Linda Rijlaarsdam
Linda is a tax preparer at Innovative Accounting. She enjoys helping clients take the burden of tax preparation off their shoulders by guiding them through the tax process and helping them feel relieved and informed, giving them peace of mind knowing their finances are handled with care and accuracy. She’s been working with Innovative Accounting since 2020 and enjoys the freedom and flexibility this job provides.
Ricardo Gomex
Ricardo supports the Innovative Accounting team in an administrative role, working to support the firm’s bookkeepers behind the scenes. He has been with the company since 2021 and enjoys helping create organized, efficient systems that make a real difference for clients.
Jenna Alvarez
Jenna is a bookkeeper at Innovative Accounting who looks to bring order and clarity to her clients’ financial lives. She has a natural eye for detail and enjoys taking what feels messy or overwhelming and turning it into something organized, clear, and easy to manage. It’s not just about the numbers, it’s about helping people feel more at ease and in control of their day-to-day finances, something she knows makes a real difference.
Briena Sasa
Brieana is a Senior Bookkeeper at Innovative Accounting. Prior to joining the team, she spent 18 years with the same company, starting as its first employee and helping grow it into a nationwide business with over 15 locations. Her long tenure reflects a strong sense of loyalty and commitment, and the experience she gained building a business from the ground up now serves as a valuable asset in supporting other companies.
Dulce Meyers
As a bookkeeper at Innovative Accounting, Dulce helps clients stay organized and maintain accurate financial records. She especially enjoys working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and organizing Charts of Accounts. As a detail-oriented person, she enjoys bringing structure to our client’s books. Working remotely has greatly improved Dulce’s daily life by giving her flexibility to balance work and personal responsibilities.
Steve Boswell
Steve works in administrative support and takes pride in keeping office operations well organized so work can progress smoothly and efficiently. He enjoys supporting a hardworking team by streamlining processes, resolving issues, and helping make daily tasks easier and more effective for everyone involved. Katie Wolfe
Katie is a member of the Administration team at Innovative Accounting, where she plays a key role in supporting the tax preparation process. She transforms client-provided documentation into clear, well-structured reference files, enabling the tax team to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance. She is also responsible for preparing client forms for local taxes and enjoys tackling complex challenges that require organization and structure.
