Internal Administrator
Ricardo supports the Innovative Accounting team in an administrative role, working to support the firm’s bookkeepers behind the scenes. He has been with the company since 2021 and enjoys helping create organized, efficient systems that make a real difference for clients.
Working remotely allows Ricardo the flexibility to live abroad in Thailand while maintaining a strong balance between work and personal life. This freedom gives him the opportunity to stay productive while also focusing on meaningful priorities outside of work.
In his local community, Ricardo is involved in education initiatives and disaster relief efforts. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and flying drones—activities that allow him to explore the outdoors and stay energized.
