Client Manager
Jade Casiano is a Client Manager at Innovative Accounting. She has over 10 years of experience in customer relations, office administration, and office management. Throughout her career, Jade has developed strong communication skills that allow her to effectively support and connect with our clients. As a Client Manager, she serves as a dedicated point of contact—helping clients achieve their goals, resolve their challenges, and providing them with guidance every step of the way.
Since joining Innovative Accounting in 2020, she has been able to enjoy life in a way she never experienced in previous roles. The flexibility and work-life balance have allowed Jade and her husband to turn their “one day” plans into reality. She has also been able to pursue personal goals that once felt out of reach while working a traditional 9–5 schedule. Jade is incredibly grateful to be part of a company that truly values balance, making it easy to feel both fulfilled in her work and present in her life.
Originally from Knoxville, TN, she now calls Kentucky home after marrying her husband, Marcelo, in 2014. With a flexible schedule, she has been able to stay actively involved in her community—something she is deeply passionate about. She loves dedicating her time to helping others, whether locally or in other cities. Jade and her husband also enjoy taking in Kentucky’s beautiful scenery with their goofy, overly loving Aussie, Harvey. One of their greatest joys is traveling—exploring new places, trying new foods, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. Together, they’re always creating memories that will last a lifetime.
