What Happened:
In our annual check-in, we advised our client about an increase in pricing as we were no longer offering the current pricing her current package was on. Our client was extremely understanding, in fact, the client said she thought we were undercharging for the high level of services we provide. She’s very appreciative of what we do and could not be happier with the team she works with.
