What Happened:
Client pleased with attention detail, initiative and diligence after Jenna identified suspicious charges on Scott’s company Visa card. Scott submits all his receipts in DEXT, and since there were no receipts for these, she contacted him and he confirmed that the charges were fraudulent. Jenna appropriately withheld processing the payment on the credit card and provided ongoing support throughout the investigation and resolution of the issue. She sent a note of appreciation and requested that Jenna be acknowledged.
